Job Description
Serve as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients and staff.
Screen and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence effectively.
Handle requests and queries in a professional manner.
Travel outstation to attend events and conferences as needed.
Manage the manager’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Remind the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 1 year experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate/ logistic environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willing to travel outstation around 3-5 days
