GM Personal  Assistant


Job Description

  • Serve as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients and staff.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence effectively.
  • Handle requests and queries in a professional manner.
  • Travel outstation to attend events and conferences as needed.
  • Manage the manager’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Remind the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.


Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate/ logistic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel outstation around 3-5 days
