1. Who can apply for this programme?
Exclusively for SF Business Partners and Platform Registered Users. Participant for this program must have SF GPS solution installed.

2. I am a SF Platform registered user but do not have the SF GPS installed, can I apply for this programme?
The rebate given will only be reflected on the SF GPS invoice, hence you will need to have the SF GPS installed in order to enjoy this reward. Should you interested to know more about the GPS solution and would like to arrange for installation, please kindly Whatsapp/email us the following details:

3. What is the charges of SF GPS Solution?
First installation: Free
Monthly Subscription: RM80/month/vehicle
Contract Period: 3 years

4. Is there any joining fee or annual fee for SF Fuel Card?
There are currently no fees charged.

5. How do I apply for a SF Fuel Card?
Apply for a SF Fuel Card account by following the simple steps below:

i. Complete the SF Fuel Card Application Form
ii. Complete the Direct Debit Form
iii. Prepare the required documents according to the application form
iv. Courier or mail the completed SF Fuel Card Application Form, Direct Debit Form and required documents to the below address:

6. On the SF Fuel Card Application Form, what is the difference between Menu V & W?
You may set the limits of product, daily, and monthly transactions by specifying them in the application form. Menu V allows card holder unlimited transactions per day, while Menu W limits the card to only 2 transactions per day. You can refer to the Purchase Restriction Menu V & W.

7. How do I cancel my SF Fuel Card if it is lost or stolen?
The authorised PIC of your SF Fuel Card account may report the loss immediately to SF Customer Care Team at 6011-2299 2255 to request for card blocking service. Then, submit a written notice and email to customercare@sftechlogis.com to avoid being held responsible for any fraudulent use of your card.

PAYMENT RELATED INQUIRES


1.When I receive the monthly statement for SF Fuel Card?
You will receive invoice for usage of your SF Fuel Card every beginning of the month for previous month's usage. Payment will be due at the end of the invoicing month via Direct Debit.

2. How do I settle my payment due to SF Fuel Card?
All payments must be made by the due date stated in the statement of account. If the Direct Debit Application is not approved yet, the payment shall be paid via:

i. Bank in by cash or cheque to: Public Bank Account: 3208-5963-02 and inform us on payment made before the due date by scan and email deposit slip to finance@sftechlogis.com

ii. Post your payment cheque to:

3. What is Direct Debit?
Direct debit is a type of pre-authorized payment which allows a bank to pay the certain amount directly to a bank or company at regular intervals.

4. When will the Direct Debit take effect?
You will receive an email from SF and your designated bank respectively once your Direct Debit application has been approved. Please refer to payment method stated in invoice. Upon Direct Debit approval, it will be reflected in your invoice. Otherwise, please make payment via above mentioned modes in Point #2

5. What if my Direct Debit bank account has insufficient funds on the due date?
Please note the following steps that will occur if there is an unsuccessful Direct Debit attempt on the due date:

i. The bank will attempt to debit your account for the invoice amount after 3 working days.
ii. If still unsuccessful, your SF Fuel Card account could be blocked until payment is received.
Important Notice: For uninterrupted services, please make sure there is sufficient fund in the registered bank account for deduction before the payment due date.
