1.When I receive the monthly statement for SF Fuel Card?You will receive invoice for usage of your SF Fuel Card every beginning of the month for previous month's usage. Payment will be due at the end of the invoicing month via Direct Debit.
2. How do I settle my payment due to SF Fuel Card?All payments must be made by the due date stated in the statement of account. If the Direct Debit Application is not approved yet, the payment shall be paid via:
i. Bank in by cash or cheque to: Public Bank Account: 3208-5963-02 and inform us on payment made before the due date by scan and email deposit slip to finance@sftechlogis.com
ii. Post your payment cheque to:

81400 Senai, Johor, Malaysia.
3. What is Direct Debit?Direct debit is a type of pre-authorized payment which allows a bank to pay the certain amount directly to a bank or company at regular intervals.
4. When will the Direct Debit take effect?You will receive an email from SF and your designated bank respectively once your Direct Debit application has been approved. Please refer to payment method stated in invoice. Upon Direct Debit approval, it will be reflected in your invoice. Otherwise, please make payment via above mentioned modes in Point #2
5. What if my Direct Debit bank account has insufficient funds on the due date?Please note the following steps that will occur if there is an unsuccessful Direct Debit attempt on the due date:
i. The bank will attempt to debit your account for the invoice amount after 3 working days.
ii. If still unsuccessful, your SF Fuel Card account could be blocked until payment is received.
Important Notice: For uninterrupted services, please make sure there is sufficient fund in the registered bank account for deduction before the payment due date.
