Job Description 

  • Assist in matching vehicle sources to customers and ensure all information is correct
  • Submit supply source report statistics to superiors on time;
  • Responsible for recording orders to supply order reports, and do not miss recording orders
  • Improve the order process and promptly update shipping status to notify customers;
  • Ensure drivers have immediate access to load/unload goods to ensure on-time delivery;
  • If an accident occurs during transportation, report it to your superiors as soon as possible and resolve it promptly.
  • Serve customers/carriers in a friendly manner and respond to customer/carrier inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collect copies of receipts for all orders
  • Make phone calls to potential customers and communicate with them or follow up on their needs.
  • Every time a project is completed, a report needs to be submitted to the superior within the deadline.
  • Submit operational order report statistics on time every day;
  • Assist in any work assigned by superiors

Requirements 

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Independent, proactive, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Required languages: Malay, Mandarin, English. Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred (speak, read and write in Mandarin) to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues and clients.
  • Be able to start working immediately.
