Top 10 Finalist JCI CYEA 2023 – Dato’ Dr. Tan
It is an honor to announce that the founder of the SF Lorry – Dato’ Dr. Tan Soon Hong becomes the Top 10 Finalist JCI CYEA 2023 for 2023 JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur Awards (CYEA) with the achievement of becoming the innovator of the Digital Transportation Management System (TMS) in the local Business to Business (B2B) logistics industry.
The JCI CYEA recognizes young entrepreneurs who have shown exceptional innovation, leadership, and community impact in their business endeavors. This prestigious award is designed to motivate and empower the upcoming generation of entrepreneurial leaders, encouraging them to effect positive societal change.
Dato’ Dr. Tan illustrates his achievement as an innovator of the Digital TMS through integrating the Internet into the traditional transportation management, enhancing the efficiency of the transportation process in the local B2B logistics industry. Hence, Dato’ Dr. Tan was awarded the 2023 JCI CYEA and successfully advanced to the Top 10 Finalist.
SF Lorry has gone through various challenges since its establishment, especially the hard time during MCO. However, with the unremitting efforts by Dato’ Dr. Tan, the company survived and gradually got on the right track. The contribution to update and iterate the Digital TMS is one of the key efforts by Dato’ Dr. Tan, resulting in the 2023 JCI CYEA becoming more valuable.
